Zusammenfassung
Bauchschmerzen sind eine der häufigsten Ursache für eine Vorstellung beim Kinder- und Jugendarzt. Die Herausforderung für den Pädiater ist es, chirurgische Abdominalerkrankungen zu erkennen und von anderen Ursachen wie einer Gastroenteritis abzugrenzen. Dabei lassen sich durch eine zielgerichtete Anamnese und klinische Untersuchung unter Beachtung des Patientenalters und des Verlaufs der Symptome bereits präklinisch mögliche Differenzialdiagnosen ermitteln.
