Zusammenfassung

Schlafstörungen sind in der Allgemeinbevölkerung und im Kontext der Rehabilitation sehr häufig, beeinträchtigen die Lebensqualität und sind mit einer Reihe von psychischen und körperlichen Folgeerkrankungen verbunden. In diesem Kapitel wird die kognitiv-verhaltenstherapeutische Behandlung von Schlafstörungen dargestellt, die gemäß aktueller Leitlinien die Methode der Wahl ist. Die Behandlung umfasst verschiedene therapeutische Elemente, insbesondere einen psychoedukativen Teil, Entspannungsverfahren, die Schlafrestriktion und Stimuluskontrolle sowie kognitive Techniken.
