Zusammenfassung
Zielsetzung des Beitrages ist, Faktoren zur Relevanz- und Nutzenevaluation einer nachhaltigen wertschöpfungsbezogenen Unternehmensberichterstattung im Kontext eines integrierten Unternehmensführungskonzeptes zu identifizieren und hinsichtlich ihres praxisbezogenen Durchdringungsgrades zu bewerten. Der Aufsatz verbindet theoretisch-konzeptionelle sowie praxisbezogene Aspekte zur intendierten ganzheitlichen Darstellung eines, im Zusammenhang mit einer integrierten Unternehmensführung stehenden, Berichterstattungsansatzes. Sowohl exogene als auch endogene Parameter unterstreichen einerseits die Relevanz und andererseits die Notwendigkeit sowie den damit einhergehenden Nutzen einer integrierten Unternehmensberichterstattung. Diese Elemente umfassen beispielsweise zum einen die zunehmende Informationskomplexität sowie zum anderen die erhöhten Anforderungskataloge der Stakeholder. Zudem kommt der institutsspezifischen Wesentlichkeitsbeurteilung als unternehmerische Entscheidungsgrundlage eine größere Bedeutung zu. Daher werden abschließend Impulse zur Implementierung des Integrated Reporting-Ansatzes dargelegt.
