Zusammenfassung

Um die Versorgung von Menschen mit Bipolaren Störungen optimal zu gestalten, sollten folgende Grundsätze des Herangehens beachtet werden: Der Patient soll im Zentrum der Bemühungen um seine Versorgung stehen. Die Betreuung soll im Trialog (Patient – Angehörige – Behandler) gestaltet werden. Da dies essentiell, jedoch noch nicht in allen Bereichen ausreichend gut umgesetzt wird, wurde diesem Thema ein eigenständiges Kapitel der Leitlinie gewidmet (Kapitel Trialog, Wissensvermittlung und Selbsthilfe). Und: Die Versorgung soll patienten- statt institutionszentriert gestaltet werden.
