Bisher wurden die Lebensbedeutungen eher überblicksartig beschrieben. In diesem Kapitel geht es darum, sie im Detail zu betrachten. Sie erfahren, welche Lebensbedeutungen das stärkste Sinnstiftungspotenzial aufweisen; die Generativität sticht hier besonders hervor. Außerdem geht es darum, wie die Anzahl, die Unterschiedlichkeit und die Tiefe der Lebensbedeutungen mit dem Sinnerleben zusammenhängen, und wie die verschiedenen Sinnquellen im Alltag gelebt werden. Zusätzlich erwartet Sie ein Exkurs zu Sinn und Weltanschauungen; hier geht es um Religiosität und Spiritualität als Sinnquellen und die Frage säkularer Sinnstiftung.
