Zusammenfassung

In einem kleinen Anteil von Fällen kann in Stanzbiopsien eine sogenannte atypische kleine drüsige Proliferation (atypical small acinar proliferation, ASAP) gefunden werden, welche nicht alle typischen Kriterien eines Karzinoms erfüllt und an der daher eine definitive Karzinomdiagnose nicht gestellt werden kann.
