Zusammenfassung

Ureterstrikturen erfordern in Abhängigkeit von ihrer Lokalisation und Ausprägung sehr unterschiedliche therapeutische Maßnahmen. Als Ursachen des Krankheitsbildes kommen sowohl kongenitale Veränderungen, Infektionen, iatrogene Faktoren, Urolithiasis, rheumatische Erkrankungen und Neubildungen des oberen Harntraktes als auch extraureterale Raumforderungen in Betracht. Die häufigsten Komplikationen sind Rezidiv-Strikturen, Infektionen, Urin-Leckagen sowie Fistelbildungen.
