Überraschenderweise führt eine ungesunde Ernährung dazu, dass man nicht gesund ist, und schafft den richtigen Nährboden für die Demenz. Aber was ist ungesund? Um Ihrer geistigen Gesundheit entgegenzuwirken, sollten Sie ab sofort nur noch Fett, Fleisch, Fastfood und Weißmehltoast essen und das Ganze mit einer zuckrigen Limonade oder einem alkoholischen Getränk herunterspülen.
