Zusammenfassung

Die SMS-Funktion ist essenziell für alle Körperstrukturen, die nicht zum SMS gehören. Die „Ruhefunktion“ der Logistiksysteme ist für ihre Erhaltung absolut unzureichend. Die Faszien als Kraftüberträger, Verschiebeschichten und Sensorstandorte benötigen Muskelkontraktionen. Ihre Funktionsfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit wie auch die des Skeletts hängen zwingend von diesen Kontraktionen ab. Die Faszien sind reich an Nozisensoren, und Inaktivität führt zu Schmerzen. Alle Adaptationen basieren auf globalen und lokalen anabolen Signalsubstanzen. Für die Aktivierung dieser Substanzen ist eine Mindestbeanspruchung nötig. GH und Testosteron sind auch in das Schmerzgeschehen integriert. Eine zentrale Rolle spielt die aktive Muskulatur mit den Myokinen. Die entzündungshemmende Funktion der Myokine ist hervorzuheben. Die Kapazitäten der endogenen Schmerzhemmung als Bewegungskomponente sind trainingsabhängig. Die Bewegungsqualität, die Ermüdungsresistenz und die Kraft sind jeweils wichtige schmerzbeeinflussende Komponenten.
