Zusammenfassung

Im klinischen Alltag kann die Nierenfunktion die Auswahl bzw. Dosierung einer onkologischen Therapie beeinflussen. Eine Verschlechterung der Nierenfunktion unter Therapie stellt eine zu beachtende Komplikation dar. Die regelmäßige Bestimmung der Nierenfunktion und gegebenenfalls Anpassung der Therapie stellen einen wichtigen Bestandteil in der Betreuung onkologischer Patienten dar.
