Zusammenfassung

Das postrenale Nierenversagen ist eine relevante Komorbidität bei Patienten mit onkologischen Erkrankungen. Eine Studie mit 37.367 Tumorerkrankten zeigte ein 1-Jahresrisiko von 17,5 % einer akuten Nierenschädigung. Hierbei ist das Risiko einer Dialysepflichtigkeit innerhalb eines Jahres 5,1 %.
