Zusammenfassung

Die allogene Stammzelltransplantation ist die einzige Heilungschance für eine Vielzahl hämatologischer Erkrankungen. Von nephrologischer Relevanz sind die renale Toxizität der Konditionierungstherapie (Chemotherapie, Bestrahlung) und der nachfolgenden Immunsuppression (Calcineurininhibitoren, Methotrexat, Anti-Thymozytenglobulin, Mycofenolat-Mofetil) sowie spezifische Komplikationen wie die Transplantations-assoziierte thrombotische Mikroangiopathie (TAM).
