Wir haben in Kap. 15 mit dem Studium der vier Modellprozesse isochor, isobar, isotherm und adiabatisch alle Vorbereitungen getroffen, um eine Wärmekraftmaschine und deren Wirkungsgrad zu untersuchen. Das führt uns weiter zur Diskussion irreversibler und reversibler Prozesse und damit zum 2. Hauptsatz der Wärmelehre und zum Begriff der Entropie.
