Zusammenfassung
Wie sieht eine zukunftsfähige Unternehmenskultur aus? Wie entwickelt man diese und welche Mitarbeiter, mit welchem Mindset werden in der Zukunft zur Umsetzung dieser Kultur benötigt? Fragen, deren Antwort unserer Auffassung nach durch die Begriffe Innovationskultur, Innovation und Agilität sowie Growth Mindset geprägt wird. Die Entwicklung von Mensch und Markt fordert Unternehmen der Zukunft zum Umdenken auf. Bedürfnisse und Entwicklungszyklen verändern sich rasant und es bedarf einer Innovationskultur im Unternehmen, um diesen Veränderungen und Herausforderungen flexibel bewegen zu können.
