Vielmehr kann Sport eine ganze Reihe verschiedener körperlicher Vorgänge wie unseren Hormonhaushalt und die Funktionsweise des Immunsystems in einer koordinierten Weise verändern. In diesem Kapitel erklären wir, auf welche Weise Sport die Krebsentstehung verhindern und sogar das Wachstum von bereits etablierten Tumoren verlangsamen kann.
