Zusammenfassung

Um Hippotherapie spezifisch und individuell anzuwenden muss ein hippotherapiespezifischer Befund gemacht werden. Dabei werden gezielt die Fähigkeiten überprüft, die für eine effektive Durchführung der Hippotherapie bewertet werden müssen. Erst danach kann das Ziel der Hippotherapie benannt und realistisch eingeschätzt werden. Die Zielsetzung ist je nach Krankheitsbild und Symptom unterschiedlich. Diese Ziele müssen dann im gesamten therapeutischen Kontext auch gemessen und überprüft werden. Die Tests sind entsprechender der Zielsetzung spezifisch. Abschließend wird die Hippotherapie im evidenzbasiertem Kontext betrachtet.
