Zusammenfassung
Die anorektale Manometrie stellt im klinischen Alltag ein relevantes manometrisches Untersuchungsverfahren dar. Insbesondere bei Patienten mit analer Inkontinenz ist die Manometrie ein Eckpfeiler der Basisdiagnostik. Als Standardverfahren zur anorektalen Manometrie dient heute weiterhin noch die Perfusionsmanometrie. Die im Ösophagus inzwischen als Standard etablierte Mikrotransducermanometrie (Kap. 2) ist sehr teuer und vor dem Hintergrund der Vergütung im ambulanten (EBM und GOÄ) bzw. stationären Bereich (DRG 1-315) für den ausschließlichen Einsatz zur analen Manometrie ökonomisch nicht vertretbar. Alternativ können Ballonsonden (deutlich preiswerter) oder Halbleiterdrucktransducer verwendet werden.
