Zusammenfassung

Der Verschluss intestinaler Stomata setzt strategische Überlegungen voraus: Ist der Zeitpunkt der Rückverlegung medizinisch indiziert und richtig, ist der abführende Darmanteil ausreichend abgeklärt und eine ungehinderte Darmpassage gewährleistet, und steht, abgesehen von einer reinen Rückverlegung, bei Wiederanschlussoperationen genügend Darmlänge für eine spannungsfreie und gut durchblutete Darmanastomose zur Verfügung? Dieses Kapitel beschreibt die chirurgische Technik der Wiederherstellung einer Darmpassage mit Verschluss end- oder doppelläufiger intestinaler Stomata unter Berücksichtigung spezieller pitfalls und technischer Besonderheiten.
