Zusammenfassung

Komplikationen der peristomalen Haut sind äußerst häufig und die Hauptursache stellt in den meisten Fällen die Undichtigkeit der Stomaversorgung dar. Differenzialdiagnostisch ist die Kontaktdermatitis von einer allergischen und infektiösen Dermatitis zu unterscheiden. Das Pyoderma gangraenosum ist eine der schwersten peristomalen Dermatosen und wird immunsuppressiv behandelt. Hypergranulationen, Ulzera, Mukosaimplantate sind weitere peristomale Hautkomplikationen, die in schwersten Fällen gar zur Neuanlage führen können. In unklaren Fällen sollte eine Hautbiopsie erfolgen.
