Zusammenfassung

Gruppentherapie ist einem ständigen Anpassungs-/Entwicklungsprozess unterworfen und wird differenzierter. Berichtet wird hier die konzeptuelle Modifikation eines ambulanten Gruppenkonzepts, bei dem psychoedukative Elemente in ein richtlinienkonformes, modifiziertes Gruppentherapiekonzept integriert werden. Primär geht es um die Vermittlung dessen, wie sich Geist, Körper und Psyche gegenseitig beeinflussen, und um die Etablierung eines biopsychosozialen Krankheitskonzepts. Das Kapitel zeigt in Fallbeispielen aus der eigenen Arbeitspraxis, wie Psychoedukation in die Gruppentherapie integriert werden kann.
