Zusammenfassung
Skalierbarkeit und höchste Flexibilität gehören zu den wesentlichen Anforderungen an ein zeitgemäßes Fahrerloses Transportsystem (FTS). Insbesondere die dezentrale Organisation des Gesamtsystems ist dafür eine wesentliche Voraussetzung. Die effiziente Umsetzung ermöglicht ein agentenbasierter Ansatz auf Basis der Eigenschaften von Schwarmintelligenz. In diesem Beitrag werden zunächst die notwendigen Eigenschaften eines FTS im Umfeld von Industrie 4.0 erarbeitet. Diese werden dann bei der Analyse einer bestehenden technischen Lösung zur Anwendung gebracht, um die bestehenden Eigenschaften sowie das zukünftige Potenzial zu beleuchten.
