Zusammenfassung

Das Hodgkin-Lymphom im Kindes- und Jugendalter gehört zu den Krebserkrankungen mit den höchsten Heilungsraten. Bei einem Langzeitüberleben von >90 % ist die Verringerung der Spätfolgen im Bereich der Fertilität, der kardiovaskulären Erkrankungen und der Sekundärmalignome Ziel kooperativer internationaler Studien. Mit einer risikoadaptierten, responsebasierten Therapiestrategie kann heute bei der Mehrzahl der Patienten auf eine Radiotherapie verzichtet werden. Patienten mit Rezidiv oder refraktärer Erkrankung haben mit einer autologen und/oder allogenen Stammzelltransplantation eine hohe Wahrscheinlichkeit eine Remission zu erreichen. Vom klassischen Hodgkin-Lymphom wird das noduläre Lymphozyten-prädominante Hodgkin-Lymphom abgegrenzt und eigenen Therapiekonzepten zugeführt.
