Zusammenfassung

Bei Patienten mit akuter mesenterialer arterieller Ischämie sollten die offene oder endovaskuläre Revaskularisation in Betracht gezogen werden, vor einem Darmeingriff. Neuere Beobachtungsstudien favorisieren dabei eine endovaskuläre Erststrategie. Die chirurgische Behandlung der akuten obstruktiven intestinalen Ischämie beinhaltet Revaskularisation, Resektion von nekrotischem Darm und, großzügig indiziert, eine Second-Look-Operation 24 bis 48 Stunden nach Revaskularisation.
