Why is analysis and comparison of biological and technical system important enough to dedicate a whole chapter to it? In many bio-inspired design processes such as the Technology Pull Procedure (fact sheet p. 169) and the Biology Push Procedure (fact sheet p. 171) Analysis and Comparison is not an explicit stage.
