Die SDE-Methode im Überblick

Zusammenfassung

Die SDE-Methode basiert auf uralten, archetypischen Weisheiten der Naturheilkunde, der sog. Erfahrungsmedizin, die für eine heilsame Wirkung wichtig sind: 1. Heilungsmythos, 2. mythoskonformes Heilungsritual, 3. positives Urteil in Bezug auf Heilung, 4. unterstützende Suggestionen von der Sozialgruppe, 5. positive Selbstsuggestionen und 6. körperliche Verankerung des Läuterungsprozesses. Und diese sind untermauert von modernem medizinisch-hypnotherapeutischen Wissen, das für eine heilsame Wirkung wichtig ist: 1. Entspannungsreaktion, 2. positives Denken, 3. Minimierung des Nocebo-Effekts, 4. Optimierung des Placebo-Effekts, 5. Autosuggestion und 6. posthypnotische Suggestion zur Selbstheilung. Dieses führt zu einer Stärkung der angeborenen Selbstheilungskraft im Bündnis mit den üblichen medizinischen Maßnahmen: Jede Heilung ist eine Selbstheilung mit der Vorstellungskraft als Heilmittel.
