Zusammenfassung
In diesem Kapitel werden wir das fünfte dramaturgische Element aufbauen: den Selbstheilungsmythos. Der Selbstheilungsmythos ist eine fantasievolle, persönliche Vorstellung der Erreichbarkeit, Wiederherstellung und Aufrechterhaltung von Gesundheit und allem, was dazugehört; eine spezifische, erlebte Selbstsuggestion, wie meine Selbstheilungskraft in Form einer stellvertretenden Figur aussieht oder sich anhört usw. und wie sie wirkt. Dies kann eine Art Schutzengel oder Krafttier oder eine andere Metapher sein, z. B. etwas wie Asklepios, der griechische Gott der Heilkunst: „Ich weiß, dass Asklepius mich heilen kann!“ Selbstverständlich geht es hier nicht darum, dass man an so etwas in der Wirklichkeit glaubt, sondern dass man einen Mythos aufbaut, wie die Selbstheilungskraft funktioniert: Man stellt sich die weißen Blutkörperchen z. B. als kleine Haifische oder Pac-Man-Figuren vor.
