Das Problem in meinem Metier ist: Wenn jemand eine Rückmeldung zu einer Rede gibt, weiß ich, was er wirklich meint. Sagt jemand: „Hervorragend. Schön. Tolles Gefühl.“ weiß ich, dass ich ins Schwarze getroffen habe. Doch lautet die Reaktion: „Gut. Schöne Arbeit. Mir gefiel der Aufbau.“ weiß ich, dass ich es hätte besser machen können.
Worte sind die mächtigste Droge, welche die Menschheit benutzt.
