Zusammenfassung

Junge Patientinnen wünschen sich oft noch Kinder. Andererseits ist ihre Prognose per se schlechter als die älterer Patientinnen. Eine Therapie mit GnRH-Analoga gilt heute als sicher, um die Ovarialfunktion trotz Chemotherapie zu erhalten. Eine Fertilisierung von Mammakarzinompatientinnen ist innerhalb von wenigen Wochen möglich.
