Zusammenfassung
Die additive Fertigung wird seit ihrer Erfindung aufgrund ihrer Eigenschaft, hochindividualisierte, komplizierte und funktionsintegrierte Bauteile fertigen zu können, vor allem für die Prototypen- und Einzelteilbau eingesetzt. Daraus leitet sich folgerichtig ab, dass mit der additiven Fertigung lediglich sehr kleine Losgrößen realisiert werden können. Im Gegensatz dazu stehen traditionelle und bewährte Gussverfahren, mit denen sich eine Massenproduktion umsetzen lässt, die Bauteile dafür an stärkere Verfahrensrestriktionen gebunden sind und eine Individualisierung in den meisten Fällen wirtschaftlich nicht tragbar ist. Eine Kombination additiver und gießtechnischer Verfahren zu einem Prozess eliminiert die Schwächen beider Verfahren und dient damit als Schlüsseltechnologie für individualisierte Serienproduktion.
Ziel dieses Beitrages soll es sein, Herausforderungen und Einschränkungen zur hybriden additiven Fertigung aufzuführen und bereits bestehende Ansätze zu sammeln und zu diskutieren. Weiterhin wird ein neuer Ansatz vorgestellt, dessen Anforderungen dargestellt und mit anderen Verfahren verglichen.
