Zusammenfassung
Wenn wir eine Anfrage bei einer Suchmaschine eingeben, erhalten wir oft Trefferlisten, die vermeintlich viele Tausend oder gar Millionen von Treffern enthalten. Diese Treffer werden nicht nur in einer Liste gerankt, sondern Suchmaschinen haben komplexe Ergebnispräsentationen entwickelt, in denen verschiedene Ergebnistypen zusammengeführt werden („Universal Search“). Neben den Links auf Dokumente werden Suchanfragen teils auch direkt auf der Suchergebnisseite beantwortet (u.a. „Knowledge Graph“). In diesem Kapitel werden die Elemente der Ergebnispräsentationen der Suchmaschinen beschrieben und bewertet.
