Kritische Bewertung der arbeitswissenschaftlichen Erkenntnislage

Zusammenfassung

Auch die methodisch insgesamt wenig befriedigende und zudem äußerst uneinheitliche Befundlage hindert Arbeitswissenschaft ler und sogar Bundes- und Landesbehörden sowie medizinische Fachgesellschaften nicht daran, Empfehlungen zur Gestaltung von Nacht- und Schichtarbeit mit Anspruch auf Allgemeingültigkeit zu geben. Es ist vor diesem Hintergrund geradezu anmaßend, subjektives Empfinden der Nacht- und Schichtarbeitnehmer irgendwelchen vermeintlich wissenschaftlich abgesicherten Erkenntnissen, die letztlich wenig mehr als Glaubenssätze sind, unterzuordnen.
