Abstract
Agency work (also called “leasing of employees”) is quite common in Germany and allows companies to be more flexible with their head count, e.g. during peaks in production. Agency workers are often provided by professional agency businesses, but may also be provided by employers (e.g. within a corporate group or joint venture from one group company or joint venture partner to another).
Notes
- 1.
The term “employee(s)” shall cover female and male employees, as far as not indicated differently.
