Zusammenfassung
Die klassischen Verfahren zur Korrektur einer Rückfußfehlstellung sind die medialisierende Kalkaneusosteotomie bei Rückfuß-Valgus und die lateralisierende Kalkaneusosteotomie (Dwyer) bei Rückfuß-Varus. Beide Korrekturverfahren können auch in minimal-invasiver Technik durchgeführt werden. Die Indikationsstellung erfolgt analog der offenen Verfahren. Möglich ist neben der Medialisierung und Lateralisierung des Fersenbeins auch eine Korrektur eines erhöhten Fersenbeininklinationswinkels. Kontraindikationen umfassen die Arthrose im Subtalargelenk, sowie symptomatische und kontrakte Fehlstellungen. Die Technik ermöglicht eine weichteilschonende Korrektur von Kalkaneusfehlstellungen, meist im Gesamtkontext einer Rückfußkorrektur z. B. bei Tibialis-posterior-Insuffizienz, Rückfuß-Varus oder Endoprothetik des Sprunggelenkes.
