Zusammenfassung
Ist es möglich, Wohlbefinden und Lebenskunst online zu erlernen und zu fördern? Dieses Kapitel beschäftigt sich mit den Möglichkeiten, die modernste Technologien bieten, um Übungen und Inhalte digital aufzubereiten und überall auf der Welt via Smartphone, Tablet und Co. zugänglich zu machen. Es werden die Vorteile dieser Technologien erläutert sowie bereits existierende Beispiele von browser- und App-basierten Trainings der Positiven Psychologie vorgestellt. Weiterhin wird die Entwicklung von zwei webbasierten Lebenskunst-Trainings beschrieben, die sich auf die Komponenten Optimierung, Körperliche Selbstfürsorge, Selbstwirksamkeit und Genuss fokussieren. Hierzu werden Studien näher erläutert, in denen die Trainings durchgeführt und evaluiert wurden.
