Dopplerechokardiographie bei fetalen Arrhythmien

Zusammenfassung

Neben der M-Mode-Echokardiographie sind Dopplerechokardiographie und farbkodierte M-Mode-Dopplerechokardiographie aufgrund ihrer hohen zeitlichen Auflösung die wichtigsten Techniken zur Diagnostik und Differenzialdiagnostik fetaler Arrhythmien. In diesem Kapitel werden die fetalen Arrhythmien differenziert dargestellt. Die Besonderheiten dopplerechokardiographischer Befunde werden im Zusammenhang mit der Diagnostik von Extrasystolie, Bradyarrhythmien (Sinusbradykardie, AV-Blockierung) und Tachyarrhythmien (Sinustachykardie, ventrikuläre Tachykardie, Vorhofflattern, supraventrikuläre Tachykardie als „Conduction-System-Tachycardia“) erläutert.
