Zusammenfassung
Zur Behandlung der lateralen Instabilität existieren in der Literatur zahlreiche Techniken. In diesem Kapitel beschreiben die Autoren in einer Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung die modifizierte Operation nach Broström-Gould, die Operation nach Watson-Jones, die Operation nach Chrisman-Snook und die laterale Bandplastik mit freiem Peroneus-brevis-Sehnentransplantat. Neben der lateralen Stabilisierung werden in diesem Kapitel auch die Syndesmosenstabilisierung mit Einzel- und Doppel-Flaschenzugsystem erläutert und Techniken zur Behandlung von Peronealsehnenluxationen beschrieben (Rekonstruktion des Retinakulums, Vertiefung der Gleitrinne).
