Zusammenfassung
Varisierende und valgisierende Osteotomien zur Behandlung einer unikompartimentellen Arthrose haben im letzten Jahrzehnt eine Renaissance erlebt. Mittlerweile werden achskorrigierende Osteotomien auch zunehmend als additive Verfahren bei Knorpeltherapien, Meniskustransplantationen und Bandrekonstruktionen eingesetzt. In diesem Kapitel werden unterschiedliche Varianten der hohen tibialen Osteotomie (biplanare mediale Open-wedge-HTO [HTO = hohe tibiale Osteotomie], laterale Close-wedge-HTO) und der distalen Femurosteotomie (biplanare laterale Open-wedge-DFO [DFO = Osteotomie des distalen Femurs], biplanare laterale Close-wedge-DFO) Schritt für Schritt erläutert.
