Prophylaxe thromboembolischer Komplikationen

Zusammenfassung

Für operierte Patienten mit längerer Immobilisation besteht grundsätzlich ein erhöhtes Risiko einer Thrombose oder Thromboembolie. Effektive Prophylaxemaßnahmen sind daher notwendig. Hierfür werden Heparin, Faktor-Xa- und Thrombininhibitoren sowie Cumarine eingesetzt. Zudem wird das Bridging mit Heparin bei Patienten mit der Notwendigkeit einer suffizienten perioperativen Antikoagulation erörtert.
