Zusammenfassung

Projektmanagement ist in erster Linie eine Führungsaufgabe, denn ohne Führung schlingert ein Projekt wie ein Schiff ohne Kapitän. Deshalb setzt die erfolgreiche Projektdurchführung eine professionelle Projektleitung voraus. Der Projektleiter muss die Methoden der Projektsteuerung in der Theorie und in der Praxis beherrschen. Darüber hinaus sollte er über die Qualifikation zur Mitarbeiterführung verfügen. Für Projektmitarbeiter ist eine entsprechende Vorbereitung, Schulung und Motivation erforderlich.
