Zusammenfassung
Dank der geschützten Lage im Retroperitoneum findet man eine Nierenbeteiligung nur bei etwa 2–5 % aller Traumapatienten. Meist entstehen sie infolge großer Gewalteinwirkung auf den Körper und treten häufig zusammen mit weiteren schweren Verletzungen anderer Organe auf (Santucci et al. 2004).
