In diesem Kapitel sind die Interviews von Rolf van Dick mit wichtigen Personen des Militärs bzw. der United Nations zum Thema Führung zusammengestellt. In allen Gesprächen ging es um die gleichen Fragen: „Brauchen wir Führung?“, „Was ist gute Führung?“, Wie führen Sie persönlich?“ und „Kann man Führung lernen?“ Zu Wort kommen Wolfgang Schneiderhan und Heather Landon.
