Zusammenfassung
Die diagnostische Pelviskopie stellt heutzutage einen Routineeingriff sowohl zur Abklärung von Pathologien, als auch in der Fertilitätsdiagnostik dar. Kenntnisse über die möglichen krankhaften Prozesse im kleinen Becken der Frau sind für den Viszeralchirurgen aufgrund ihrer Häufigkeit unerlässlich. Das Kapitel soll zum einen die evtl. notwendige präoperative Diagnostik beleuchten, zum anderen einen Überblick über die häufigsten pathologischen gynäkologischen Befunde im kleinen Becken geben.
