Zusammenfassung
Das folgende Kapitel ist den Schreibinterventionen gewidmet und zeichnet nach, wie sich der Wandel von Schreibinterventionen mit einem Fokus auf negative emotionale Erfahrungen (expressives Schreiben) hin zum Schreiben über positive emotionale Erfahrungen (positives Schreiben) vollzogen hat. Die Besonderheiten des Ressourcentagebuchs als umfassender integrativer Ansatz zur Aktivierung einer Vielfalt an Ressourcenbereichen werden vor dem Hintergrund bestehender positiver Schreibinterventionen und dem aktuellen Forschungsstand zum positiven Schreiben betrachtet.
