Zusammenfassung

Die Harninkontinenz gehört noch immer zu den großen Herausforderungen der Altersmedizin. Die Prävalenz der Erkrankung bei älteren Menschen ist hoch und nimmt noch weiter zu, wenn diese multimorbid und pflegebedürftig werden. Dennoch bleibt das Problem oft unangesprochen und unbehandelt. Dieses Kapitel widmet sich der Problematik.
