Zusammenfassung

Obwohl die Menière-Erkrankung meist einseitig auftritt, kann sie leider auch beide Seiten betreffen. Die veröffentlichten Zahlen schwanken von 10–73%. Diese ungeheuerliche Breite hängt ab von der Zahl der untersuchten Patienten, von der Länge des Untersuchungszeitraums und vor allem von den erfassten Kriterien.
