Zusammenfassung
Offene Immobilienfonds zeichnen sich dadurch aus, dass eine Vermögensanlage in Immobilien über die schuldrechtliche Beteiligung an einem Sondervermögen erfolgt, gemeinsam mit einer Vielzahl anderer Anleger. Der rechtliche Rahmen hierfür folgt vor allem aus den §§ 230–260 KAGB, die die allgemeinen Regeln des KAGB zum Investmentrecht ergänzen und modifizieren.
