Zusammenfassung
Bei Enthesiopathien finden sich Schmerzen eher im gelenkigen Umfeld, evtl. noch in der Gelenkkapsel, aber nicht primär intraartikulär. Es handelt sich bei diesen Störungen meist um Weichteilbeschwerden, besser myofasziale oder ligamentäre Schmerz- und Reizzustände. Meist steht die symptomatische Therapie im Vordergrund. Dieses Kapitel thematisiert die Epicondylopathia humeri radialis (Tennisellenbogen), die Fasciitis plantaris, die Ansatztendinose der Achillessehne sowie peritrochantäre Schmerzsyndrome. Ein eigener Abschnitt ist der Botulinumtoxintherapie bei Enthesiopathien gewidmet.
