Zusammenfassung
Eine Lappenplastik ist die Transposition von Haut und/oder anderen Geweben unter Erhaltung oder Wiederherstellung einer nutritiven Blutversorgung. Durch eine anatomisch konstante axiale Blutversorgung durch Stielgefäße können so gestielte Lappenplastiken auch ohne Hautverbindung als Insellappen mit größerem geometrischen Freiheitsgrad oder durch mikrochirurgische Reanastomosierung sogar frei verpflanzt werden.
