Zusammenfassung

Bei Frauen mit uterinen Anomalien ist das Fehl- und Frühgeburtsrisiko erhöht. Es werden unterschiedliche Therapieempfehlungen abhängig von der Utertusanomalie gegeben, etwa eine Septumresektion. Eine Verkürzung der Zervix uteri kann eine Fehlgeburt auslösen. Sie sollte frühzeitig festgestellt werden, z.B. mittels einer Zervixlängenmessung.
