Konservatives Vorgehen bei Abort

Zusammenfassung

Bei inkomplettem Abort bzw. Missed abortion wird in Deutschland in der Regel eine Kürettage des Uteruscavums durchgeführt. Die aktuelle Studienlage zeigt, dass konservative Methoden wie ein abwartendes Verhalten oder eine medikamentöse Abortinduktion mit Misoprostol effektive, nebenwirkungsarme Alternativen zum operativen Eingriff darstellen. Dies gilt für den Fall eines frühen Abortes < 12 SSW und der Abwesenheit von Komplikationen wie einer kreislaufrelevanten Blutung oder Infektionszeichen. In diesen Fällen sollte weiterhin eine Kürettage empfohlen werden.
